What is non-refundable?
We have a strict no refund policy for any opened products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
What is refundable?
Any unopened, unused products are eligible for a refund (not including shipping costs). Returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment to be eligible for a refund.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
All standard returns require the customer to pay for shipping.
Z Dental will review special circumstances on a case by case basis. If we mistakenly sent out the incorrect product, items will be replaced at the expense of Z Dental.
What does the refund process look like?
You must contact us by phone at (888) 228-7706 or by email at email@example.com within 10 days after you received your shipment to authorize a return of unused, unopened product.
All standard returns require the customer to pay for shipping. You can pay for shipping yourself, or we can purchase a shipping label for you, and send it to you, and deduct it from your return amount.
Please call to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Mark the outside carton with the (RMA) return authorization number that we provide.
Z Dental warrants its products for 12 months after the date of purchase. Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship will be replaced at the expense of Z Dental, as long as a valid proof of purchase is provided within the qualifying period.
